Audition Request Instructions

1. In the subject line put: Making It on Broadway!
2. Tell us the Name and Age of the person who wishes to enroll.
   (if this person is under 18, tell us your parent’s name and contact as well)
3. Tell us why you would like to participate in this camp. If you have a resume, attach it as well.
4. Give us your phone number and e-mail so we can confirm the exact appointment time and details with you.
5. We’ll contact you with all the other important information you will need to have a successful audition and camp experience.
