Audition Request Instructions for Twilight Trick-or-Treat

1. In the subject line put: Halloween!
2. Tell us the Name and Age of the person who wishes to audition.
   (if this person is under 18, tell us your parent’s name and contact as well)
3. Tell us what you do. If you have a resume, send it as well.
4. Give us your phone number and e-mail so we can confirm the exact appointment time and details with you.
5. We’ll contact you with all the other important information you will need to have a successful audition experience.
